 photo: david lindley ghost trees 2 our guide did tell us what the trees were that have this astonishing ghostly silver hue, and i even made a mental note so that i wouldn't forget when it came to posting them; but can i remember? no. i think that these are poplars (or cypress!) and i know that yesterday's were a fruiting tree, but whether it was almond or walnut, who knows? that's the problem you start to hit when you get into your 40's!! thanks again to everyone who has commented this week; david's back from the black hole that is his job in manchester soon and then normal service can be resumed! | |
