![]() photo: david lindley the only thing noteable about marsworth - a small village near tring in hertforshire - it seems, is a couple of resevoirs, a 16th century pub and a branch of the grand union canal. apart from that, nada! one frosty, misty morning though it did make for a great little destination for a morning walk: blisteringly cold and pretty well blind from the mist we somehow managed to find our way around the route, despite the complete absence of any visible reference points, to end in the angler's retreat (the aforementioned pub), to sit in front of the fire and sink a couple of welcome pints! | |
