 photo: david lindley in the spirit of open-mindedness, i thought i'd post a photo of interior of the monstrosity that graced this site yesterday. the blue glass completely surrounds you from floor to ceiling and in the right light can be quite beautiful - in dull winter light though you do feel as if you're stuck in the gloomier depths of the ocean! perhaps this proof that you can find art in ugliness, beauty in brutality, and perhaps it's a metaphor too for the human condition - there can be inner beauty in even the meanest, nastiest bodies. i still can't forgive the exterior of the building though. | |
