 photo: david lindley our final shot from the backwaters of kerala, from here we were to travel into the highlands going towards the state of tamil nadu. this shot was of the local bus stop: as in many water-based habitations the only real way to travel around is on the river; hence the busy local trade of the water-bus. we're going to be on the road from tomorrow for a week, so although we'll be able to post (hopefully on a daily basis) we won't be able to respond to anyone's comments, or visit our favorite sites. so, a big thanks to everyone who sticks with us, we can promise some good things to come from the highlands! | |
