 photo: sue lindley a departure from our normal kind of shot, we came across this poppy (an escapee from the local gardens no doubt) growing wild alongside the road leading from the cottages we featured in yesterday's photo. it seemed happy to thrive in the salty, windy - and doubtless in winter - cold conditions it found here in burnmouth. | |
