 photo: david lindley not that there was a beach as such. and thanks to everyone who participated in our black and white/colour preference vote over the past few days. at the time of writing it's a very close thing, with colour just shading things 15-13 (of the people who expressed a preference). i'm not sure what conclusions we can make from this, except for the fact that there is a sizeable bunch of people who like black and white out there, but a lot of people too who like colour! profound eh? one thing i must do though is learn more about the art of black and white processing; how to make the image more punchy; the blacks blacker etc. if anyone fancies imparting their arcane processing secrets, please feel free to let me have your tips!! | |
