 photo: david lindley we stayed a couple of days in the frontier town of san ignacio a few miles from the guatemala border. it was a peaceful little market town with a far more hispanic nature than elsewhere in belize, and again i was constantly surprised by their west indian accents. san ignacio was also home to sylvino, our driver for the trip, and whilst here he had his wife whip up positively the best key lime pie i've ever tasted. thanks sylvino's wife! listening to: no pussy blues ~ grinderman | |
