 photo: david lindley san gimignano is one of the jewels in tuscany's crown; a wonderfully intact medieval town overlooked by 14 stone towers. it proved (as you will see) impossible not to use up a huge chunk of disk space on this town, but then it's not often you encounter places like this. | |
