 photo: sue lindley for some reason a lot of people seem to use the appearance of the wing-walkers as an excuse to slip off to the loo/beer tent/both. perhaps they're speed freaks and think this kind of thing is for the amateurs, i don't know: personally i always think they put on an amazing display. this year the team was notable for one thing though - one of the wing-walkers was 91 years old. no, that's not a slip on the keyboard: 91! and i have to say that i didn't notice which one; she must have been one fit old girl, there was no sign of a zimmer frame anywhere! today's is the last plane photo as david's rebelling; he says he's already seen enough of these to last a lifetime thank-you-very-much. | |
