 photo: david lindley no reason at all for this to be on here apart from the simple reason that i like it! Awful building really, a complete blot on the thames skyline amidst the history and the grandeur of the surrounding buildings. it's a bit of a bug-bear of mine, 60's and 70's buildings (i realise that this particular one might be from the 80's but you get the idea) and the cheap materials they used. i always argue with my father in law (who wrote the book on everything!) that his generation was responsible for the concrete monstrosities and our generation is trying to put it right! | |
