 photo: david lindley the new greater london assembly building is another one of those love 'em or hate 'em buildings. it resembles a ball sliced horizontally and then the slices put back together slightly out of line to make it seem as if it's laying slightly backwards. what i do like about the place is its' commitment to open government; you can actually go in and walk up the spiral walkway that rises up the inside of the building and watch the counsellors at work. not sure there's too many politicians the world over would like that too much. | |
