 photo: david lindley borough market is one of the hidden gems of london. situated behind southwark cathedral, it operates as a public market every friday and saturday (i think). most londoners haven't even heard of it, or have never been there. until this day i was one of the latter, and despite living in or around london for 30 years, was in the former bracket until a couple of years ago. if you've not been, go. | |
