lanjaron

photo: david lindley lanjaron started out as a typical andalucian market town with a popular line in healing waters. with the spas eventually came tourists, hotly pursued by developers and the rest is history. what was probably once a lovely town is now swallowed by appartments and inappropriate development - the local hotel until recently had a terrace overlooking the moorish castle below, now its' view is of a bypass, such a shame.
