 photo: david lindley catch this while you can, a genuine ruin; collapsed roof; cactuses in what was the front room (this though we were told may have been deliberate, apparently the cactuses which grow in such abundance in southern spain are excellent absorbers of, shall we say, waste products!) and lizards sunning them on what remained of the walls. Plans were afoot to rebuild this ruin though and if you look around you see plenty of estate agents offering ruins for development to cater for the increasing flood of foreigners desperate to escape the cold of nortern europe for a simpler lifestyle. | |
