 photo: david lindley recently i decided to go for an outing with my old olympus 35mm camera to st. albans. the sun was shining and i was clicking merrily away until i came to the end of the film. film. i'd completely forgotten that such stuff even existed and went out fully in the belief that the olympus was capable of taking 300 plus shots without breaking sweat. kicking myself mentally, i trudged back towards the car passing this churchyard on the way. the way the light dappled through the trees was wonderful but i had no film. luckily i did have my phone so i took a couple of shots with that and this is the result. i wasn't expecting much but i love the painterly finish that has come out. | |
